My Beautiful Six Month Old

Kaebrie turned six months old. I can't believe how fast it has gone by. This last week has been so much easier for me. Kaebrie has decided to be a happy girl finally. Her fussiness has decreased substantially and she laughs and giggles way more frequently than ever before. At her doctor visit she weighed in at 15 lbs 6 ounces and 25 1/2" long. For once, she had a really good visit with the doctor.
Her favorite things are:
Eating rice cereal mixed with bananas
Chewing her cloth doll Aunt Diane gave her
Talking to mommy
Watching Owen play and talk
Playing in her saucer
Going outside to look around
Her Miracle Blanket
Jeff and I aren't sure how we created this little lady. People stop us EVERYWHERE, just to tell us how beautiful she is. She is a blessing to our family and we are so lucky to have her.
These pictures are absolutely the cutest things I have honestly ever seen. My little Kaebrie is so adorable. She is dressed head to toe with stuff from my store. These are the cutest pettiskirts ever and I had to use my little model to show them off.

Mother Teresa hung a copy of this poem on a wall of the orphanage she founded in Calcutta. Its source is unknown.
People are often unreasonable, illogical and self-centered;
Forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, People may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives;
Be Kind anyway.
If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies;
Succeed anyway.
If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you;
Be honest and frank anyway.
What you spend years building, someone could destroy overnight;
Build anyway.
If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous;
Be happy anyway.
The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow;
Do good anyway.
Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough;
Give the world the best you've got anyway.
You see, in the final analysis. it is between you and God;
It is never between you and them anyway.
I have been doing some serious soul searching over the last few months. I came cross this poem and it really hit home for me. I need to really work on relying on the Lord to help me through tough times and thank him for the good times. I have been so blessed and I should never complain, EVER.
Being an owner of a business I have seen people who are very selfish, angry, irritable, irate, unreasonable, unforgiving and very unchristlike. For the longest time I have taken the blame for their anger and frustration. From this day forward I will not let them get me down. On the flip side I have met some of the most incredible people, gained life-long friendships, educated myself in measures beyond what schooling ever taught me and most importantly, I found out who I am!
Also, I became a mother of two very beautiful children and a wife to the most incredible man. How lucky am I to be living such a wonderful life. I know complaining about life and how tough things get becomes a daily ritual for lots of us. We all need to be happy for ourselves and happy for eachother. I am trying so hard to better myself and prepare for the day when Christ visits the earth. I'm not sure if I will be around for that sacred day but I do know that I need to make every minute count. The world has so many evils in it and so many good things as well. I hope that I can teach my children what they need to know to make it through.
I challenge everyone who reads this post to do one act of service this week. Every little bit can go a long way!
